Nigel is responsible for the development of new business opportunities, customer relationships and product development. Having qualified in Property Valuation & Finance at City University, Nigel worked at King Sturge & Co where he worked in the Out Of Town Retail, Valuation & Investment Departments, which focused on structuring transactions for both institutional and property company clients.  He founded Gilbran in 1996.

Klaus Keil

Managing Director Germany

 

Klaus is heading Gilbran’s German subsidiary, with responsibilities for acquisitions and client management on a domestic level, working closely with Group’s experts in UK. Klaus Keil holds a diploma in real estate management and started his career in Hanover in 1983. For many years he was advising corporate clients on property acquisitions, dispositions throughout Germany. Amongst other key assignments, he acted for a large German car manufacturer group as man in charge on all corporate real estate aspects on a worldwide basis. Klaus Keil worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and was European Partner at Richard Ellis and headed CB Richard Ellis/Insignia’s operations in Germany. Prior to joining Gilbran, Klaus was active in the Private Equity Sector. He joined Gilbran in July 2007.

Steve Bailey

Director

Steve is responsible for the day to day management of the business and the appraisal of new business opportunities.  Having achieved postgraduate qualifications in Law Steve worked for six years at JP Morgan as a business manager in capital markets and structured products prior to joining Gilbran in February 2004.
